Odyssey Resources Limited is a Canadian-based junior exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration, discovery and development of mineral resource properties. The common shares of Odyssey Resources Limited trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "ODX".

Under new management since September 2008, the Company has taken a new direction and plans are underway to rejuvenate the Company by reviewing its existing properties, diversifying its assets and seeking to acquire additional projects of merit as warranted.

Odyssey recently entered into an agreement with Virginia Mines Inc to acquire a 50% interest in 2 properties, namely the FCI and Auclair properties, located in the James Bay region of Quebec. On June 23, 2009, Odyssey completed a private placement of "flow-through" common shares, which it will use to fund the 2009 season exploration program on the FCI and Auclair properties. The planned exploration program consists of prospecting, sampling and detailed mapping. After these programs are complete, if warranted, a follow-up diamond drill program on the Auclair property is planned for late fall.

With the sale of the Tavsan project in Turkey and completion of the recent financing, the Company is well-financed to carry out exploration on the FCI and Auclair properties, look for new mining projects and to complete its revaluation of the Alous Project in Morocco. The Company believes this restructuring process will help move the Company forward.
